Mass Care Staffing Capability

With our Mass Care Staffing we have the capacity to achieve the following operational priorities:
Coordinate mass care and emergency assistance activities
Conduct feeding operations
Conduct sheltering operations
Conduct distribution of relief supplies operations
Support mass evacuation
Support to recovery operation
Support family reunification services

We have achieved this with the combination of properly planned, organized, equipped, trained and exercised personnel.

Civil Sources staff have combined years of experience directing large administrative operations, managing and training staff, and direct experience with disaster survivor assistance, to include public health, medical, behavioral health and human services, through our work with the Office of Human Services Emergency Preparedness and Response.

We can connect available federal resources to families in a post disaster environment in order to mitigate social disruptions and usher the affected families back to self-sufficiency. We have experience conducting outreach, acceptance of applications for assistance, intake and administration at disaster locations.

We are familiar with shelter management to include:

Oversee of registration and handling disaster inquiries

Oversee the distribution of provisions and identification of additional resources needed

Development of daily shelter plans and status reports

Wind down of shelter operations when no longer needed.
